PMJ established to engage in the development & expansion of Indonesia’s telecommunication infrastructure and manpower services (outsourcing). Our services include of the expanding telecommunication sector in Indonesia particularly in the infrastructure services such as GSM / fixed line transmission & BTS and other related services. Manpower services include providing and maintaining outsourcing human resources.
Background History
1998
PT. Pancar Mutiara Jaya recognized the opportunity to provide outsourcing employee services due to the mass reduction of permanent employees and converting them into contract workers. Our target was to provide this service particularly to the telecommunication sector.
2000
With our vast number of technical personal in our outsourcing service, we embarked to start providing direct service to the telecommunication companies, but also bank, oil companies and other industries.
Today
Our services have covered the Indonesia archipelago and we strive to maintain in the quality work & business relationship with our clients.
